How-To Publish Your Campaign to Content Exchange

Content Exchange is the section in bntouch CRM that allows to exchange marketing campaigns between bntouch users. Here at BNTouch we constantly create and publish new content to CE and encourage our every subscriber to do the same!

Note: Please make sure that your campaigns is written professionally without any typo’s, otherwise we will be forced to remove them from Content Exchange.

To submit your campaign to Content Exchange please complete following 2 steps:

1. On your campaigns listing page (Marketing tab > Campaigns), please select a campaign you wish to publish and click the “Publish” button on its listing.

2. Next, please select categories you wish to publish your Campaign into. Please select up to 3 categories, then enter campaign name, description and click the “Publish Content” button. Please select categories carefully so others can better find your campaign.

Now your campaign is available for every subscriber of bntouch CRM that has Content Exchange enabled for their account.
