BNTouch integrates with the tools mortgage teams use every day. Loan origination, borrower communication, calendar, and developer access via API. The list is short on purpose. Every integration listed here is built and supported by BNTouch directly, not a third-party connector.

LendingPad LOS

BNTouch syncs with LendingPad as a loan origination system. When a borrower’s milestone is updated in LendingPad (say, from application to conditional approval), the change flows back into BNTouch and can trigger automated next steps. A text can go out to the borrower, an email can go out to your partner, a push notification can land in the Mortgage Circles app on the borrower’s phone. The borrower stays informed at every step, and your loan officers don’t have to chase status updates manually.

BNTouch also accepts the full set of borrower and loan fields from LendingPad, so your contact records inside BNTouch are populated from the same source of truth your processors are already working in. Milestone names are customizable, so if your team uses non-standard stage labels, BNTouch can map to them.

Mortgage Circles Borrower App

Mortgage Circles is the borrower-facing mobile app that ships with BNTouch. Borrowers log in to see their loan status, sign documents, message their loan officer, and receive push notifications when their file moves to a new stage. Partners (real estate agents and others) can be invited into the same workspace for the loan, so everyone stays on one timeline instead of fragmented emails.

From the loan officer’s side, Mortgage Circles is fully connected to the BNTouch CRM. Conversations, document uploads, and signatures sync back into the contact record so nothing lives outside the system of record.

Co-Branded Property Sites

Through the partner portal, BNTouch generates co-branded property sites that pull listing data and let partners share property pages with their clients. These sites carry both your branding and your partner’s branding, with lead capture forms that route back into your BNTouch pipeline. When a buyer fills out a form on a property page, you get the lead and your partner gets the visibility.

Facebook Lead Ads

BNTouch integrates directly with Facebook Ads. Connect your ad account and any lead form you build inside Facebook will sync the leads into your BNTouch pipeline automatically. Once a lead arrives, an automated drip can fire (email, SMS, postcard, or video message) to start the conversation while the lead is still warm. You can also push BNTouch contact lists back to Facebook as custom audiences for retargeting or lookalike audience creation.

BNTouch API

For custom integrations beyond what ships in the platform, BNTouch exposes an API for developer access. The API supports record creation, field updates, and webhook triggers, so internal tools or third-party platforms can push data into BNTouch and respond to events. What’s Next

BNTouch’s integration roadmap includes additional LOS systems and selective expansion into communication tools that mortgage teams actually ask for.
