1. How to Send a Video
Sending a video is really simple. First of all, navigate to the “Marketing” tab, “Video Marketing” subtab.
Hover over a video of your choice and click on the “Send” button.
Please note: you can preview a video on a video landing page by clicking the Play button.
Once you click the “Send” button, you’ll see a pop-up that will allow you to search your database for a client or partner that you wish to congratulate. Enter his or her name and click “Go.”
To send a video, simply click on the “Send” button next to client’s name.
You will find yourself on a “Compose an Email” page that looks like a regular email composer. Here, you can edit the email with the video link before sending it out.
Please click the “Send” button to complete sending out the video.
2. How to Select a Template for the Video Landing Page
By default, one of the templates is selected for you, so this step is not needed to send your first video.
We prepared five different designs for your video landing pages.
To select a template, please go to the “Settings” sub-tab on the Video Marketing page.
Selecting a template is really simple. Just click on it – and you’re all set.
3. Using Videos When Building Campaign Steps
You can use BNTouch Videos in your campaigns. To access the video list, simply click on the Insert BNTouch Video icon on the lower right corner of the editor.
A pop-up that looks the same as the Video Marketing page will open. There you will be able to select both videos and templates. See parts 1 and 2 of this manual for more information.
