BNTouch is Introducing the New CC/BCC Feature

We at BNTouch are excited to introduce a new CC/BCC feature for campaign steps!

This works just like in regular emails. CC is called “carbon copy”, you can use it to add additional recipients to your message. BCC is a “blind carbon copy”, usually it is used for adding recipients discreetly, so nobody else is able to see them.

Here are some typical scenarios for mortgage professionals to use CC/BCC.
