Simply BCC or forward it to your BNTouch email address and our CRM system will automatically process and attach it to an appropriate client or partner record.
The best part is that you don’t even need to install any additional software, sync agents or extensions! You can log emails in your CRM from any device and any email service.
Logging Incoming Emails
If you’d like to log the incoming email simply forward email from your Outlook or any other email client software to your BNTouch email address. Here is the step by step:
1. Select an email you would like to log in BNTouch. It should be from one of the clients or partners you have in your database.
2. Click “Forward”. Please do not modify the email at this point.
3. Fill in yourusername@bntouch.me into “To” field
4. Click “Send”
Logging Outgoing Emails
To log an outgoing email, please BCC your BNTouch email address. Here is the step by step:
1. While composing your email to a client or partner, enter yourusername@bntouch.me in the “BCC” field.
2. Click “Send” when ready
You can log emails on any computer and on any email accounts. If you will try to log an email with an email address that does not exist in your database, that email will be disregarded.
