BNTouch App Updated

Today we want to share some really great news for all BNTouch CRM users. We have been listening to your feedback carefully and updated the BNTouch app on Android and iOS!

Let’s have a look at the recent changes that we have made:

New sleek design

The look and feel has become even more simple, nice and easy!

New Daily Digest tab features

The Daily Digest screen is a list of everything you need to do on a particular day. It is a reflection of the dashboard in the desktop version of BNTouch.

Now you are able to create a new task and execute your marketing campaigns from the Daily Digest tab. This gives you more control over marketing for individual records directly from the app. Just start or stop your marketing campaigns on the go from your mobile device. 

Working with records has become easier!

By clicking on the “Last records” or “New records” menu you’ll go directly to the mortgage record screen. You can add a task, a log or a campaign there, as well as review participants and do other quick updates. It is also possible to delete mortgage and partnership records from list views now. 

Now you can also start and stop campaigns directly from the mortgage record screen:
