To provide our clients with a best Marketing experience we’ve developed Marketing Control Center. MCC allows Admins to:

– Schedule notifications to all your bntouch users about new campaigns or changes in the existing ones. Users will be able to block new campaigns if they wish not to use it.
– Review reports that will provide you with information about user activity
– Approve modified campaign steps. MCC allows users (if you wish to enable it for them) to modify campaign steps for their individual account. You can enable MCC to block those steps until your approval.

MCC offers great benefits to Loan Officers. All marketing information about campaigns, triggers and their current status will appear on initial page of Marketing Control Center when they visit “Marketing” tab. The power of bntouch marketing engine can be managed on one page!
