Five reports give a branch manager the picture of the team’s pipeline every Monday morning without opening a single CRM tab: the Pik-a-Search scheduled email report for stale records, the tracker activity report by team member, the partner activity report for source attribution, the intelligence module export covering equity and credit alerts, and the marketing campaign performance summary. Each runs automatically. Each lands in the manager’s inbox before they open the laptop. The branch that runs this discipline catches stuck deals on Monday instead of finding them at end of quarter.

Most branch managers spend their first hour Monday morning hunting through the CRM for what changed last week. The five reports below replace that hour with five minutes of skimming.
Report 1: The Pik-a-Search scheduled email report for stuck records
Scheduled email reports are the Pik-a-Search output sent to the manager’s inbox on a recurring schedule. Setup runs through any Pik-a-Search. Build the filter (records in pre-approval status with no tracker event in the last 10 days, for example). Click save as, choose create scheduled email report. “Normally you can only select yourself, but admin users can select any user in their account” [WA8OGA0c1J8 m2]. Pick the recipient (the branch manager), pick the frequency (weekly Monday), pick the start date. “This email will include your company branding and the name of the report as well as a brief summary of the records included” [WA8OGA0c1J8 m3].
The reports panel for managing all active scheduled reports lives in options tab then scheduled email reports section. “You will see a list of any reports you have active. Administrative users will see active reports” [WA8OGA0c1J8 m4] across the whole team. From there, edit, pause, or delete reports as the team’s needs evolve.
Report 2: The tracker activity report by team member
From the partnerships tab Pik-a-Search or the borrower record list, build a filter scoped to a specific LO and a time window. The output shows every tracker event that LO logged in the period. “Tracker report will let you see all tracker events that have been created for the selected” [lTg9k07fVgg m7] records. Saved as a weekly scheduled report, this becomes the branch manager’s read on which LOs are active, which have gone quiet, and where the team is creating real touchpoints versus where the calendar shows meetings but the tracker shows nothing.
The reports tab also has an extended tracker report and a per-user tracker event report. Administrative users can pull these directly. Useful for the quarterly performance review conversation grounded in data, not vibes.
Report 3: The partner activity report for source attribution
The Partnerships Pik-a-Search lets the manager filter partner records and pull a report scoped to referral activity. “Picka search a highly customizable” [r29zrt9RzPo m11] search tool that surfaces the partners who referred deals this month, last quarter, or year to date. Saved as a scheduled report, it lands in the inbox showing which partners are warm, which have gone quiet, and which deserve a partner-task touchpoint this week. The partnerships Pik-a-Search supports the same scheduled report mechanic as the mortgage Pik-a-Search.
For deeper analysis, the tracker actions across multiple partners can be pulled at once. Check the boxes of the partners you want to include then click the tracker report button above the record list. The output is a unified report of all partner activity, useful for comparing which partners engage versus which only sit in the database.
Report 4: The intelligence module export covering equity and credit alerts
The intelligence module is the BNTouch family of automated alert types covering equity alerts, credit alerts, low balance alerts, listed properties alerts, and refinance opportunities. Monica’s training video walks through it. “We are creating these different rules that typically align with some sort of loan product” [TcLNzLkBivA m7]. The example: low balance alert. “When somebody based on public records and our data sourcing has a very low balance and a lot of equity in their home” [TcLNzLkBivA m8], the system flags the opportunity. The branch manager weekly view: total alerts surfaced this week by type, broken out by LO. Knowing the team has 47 equity alerts this week and only 2 outreach campaigns started against them is a coaching conversation, not a “good job” email.
Activation note from the same training. “Make sure you’ve got campaigns ready to send and some templates ready to send and activating the modules. Our white glove service team can do all that for” [TcLNzLkBivA m17] customers on that tier. If campaigns are not built, the alerts surface but the team has nothing to send.
Report 5: The marketing campaign performance summary
The V6 Pik-a-Search supports the same scheduled report mechanic for marketing campaign performance. Build a Pik-a-Search filtered by campaign assignment and marketing sequence stage. Save as scheduled report. The output shows how many borrowers entered each campaign this week, how many advanced through sequence stages, and how many remain at each step. Useful for spotting campaigns that are starting borrowers but not moving them forward.
Download options matter for the branch manager who exports to a board deck. “Download page in CSV or download full search in CSV buttons to save them in a spreadsheet file. CSV files short for comma separated values can be opened using Excel, Google Sheets” [nDxsUGpMXsw m10]. From CSV, the manager runs whatever cross-tabs the board wants.
What these reports do not solve
Two honest limits. One, scheduled reports are only as good as the underlying Pik-a-Search filters. A poorly designed filter (too narrow, wrong status combination, missing condition) produces a report that looks clean but misses the actual signal. Spend the first week tuning each filter against a known sample. Two, the intelligence module requires admin activation and active campaigns built to act on the alerts. The alerts firing without a campaign to catch them is the most common failure mode the training video flags. Build the campaigns first, then activate the modules.
See the five reports running on a sample branch
If you want to see the scheduled email report builder, tracker activity report, partner Pik-a-Search, intelligence module dashboard, and CSV exports running on a sample branch, the fastest path is to request a demo and ask the BNTouch team to walk through the reports tab and the scheduled email reports section. The mortgage CRM overview covers the reports infrastructure.
