Your past borrower just listed their home. Be the first to call about their next mortgage.
BNTouch’s Listed Properties Watch Alerts is a big-data module that monitors the MLS market nightly. When a borrower in your database lists their property for sale, you get a real-time notification. They’re moving. They need a new mortgage. You should be the LO who hears about it first.
When your past borrower puts their home on the market, the next mortgage is in play. You usually don’t know it’s happening.
A borrower listing their home for sale is the cleanest signal in mortgage. They need a new home. They need a new mortgage. They have a track record with you. The window between “property listed” and “under contract” is when the LO who reaches out first wins the loan. Most LOs miss the window because they don’t have eyes on the MLS.

How Listed Properties Watch Alerts works
The Listed Properties Watch Alerts module runs nightly across the MLS market. Setup is one-time; the alerts fire automatically.
Connect your borrower database
Past clients with documented property addresses get auto-enrolled in the watch list. No manual address-by-address setup.
Nightly MLS scan
BNTouch’s big-data module checks MLS feeds across the country every night. New listings matched to your database trigger alerts within hours of the listing going live.
Alerts in your dashboard
Review alerts under Dashboard > Alerts. Listings organized in tabs: All, Active, Inactive, Dismissed. Each alert card shows the borrower’s history and last contact date.
Re-connect marketing in one click
From the alert card, launch automated email + call + text campaigns. The borrower’s loan history and original close terms are pre-loaded into the conversation context.
What Listed Property Alerts are worth
Past clients who list their home are 2-3x more likely to need a new mortgage in the next 90 days than the rest of the database. Catching that signal turns a passive list into an active pipeline.
Per 1,000 past clients with property addresses, conservative
~30-40% of listing borrowers buy a new home within 90 days
~2-4 closed loans/month per 1,000 contacts
Conversion depends on speed of outreach. The first LO who calls after a borrower lists their home wins disproportionately. Top BNTouch users hit close rates above 50% on listing alerts because they call within 24 hours of the alert firing.
Common questions
Does this watch the MLS or just my database?
It watches the MLS, then matches against your database. Every night, the system scans MLS feeds across the country and surfaces only the listings that match a borrower in your BNTouch contacts.
What if my borrower’s address has changed since the original loan?
BNTouch tracks property of record from your origination data. If the borrower has moved to a new property between the original loan and the new listing, the system can still match if you’ve updated the contact record.
How quickly does the alert fire after a listing goes live?
Within 24 hours of the listing appearing in the MLS feed. The big-data module runs the scan nightly, so most alerts surface the morning after the listing posted.
Where do I see the alerts?
Dashboard > Alerts in your BNTouch account. Listings appear in tabs: All, Active, Inactive (deactivated/withdrawn listings), and Dismissed. You can dismiss alerts that aren’t actionable to keep the queue clean.
Can I also see listings from realtor partners?
BNTouch’s primary use case for this feature is monitoring your own borrower database, but the underlying MLS feed can be configured to include partner-territory listings as well. Configuration depends on your subscription tier and partnership setup.
