Velocify was always a lead management tool, not a marketing platform. BNTouch includes email campaigns, SMS, video messaging, social media posting, and over 180 mortgage-specific templates — all built in. With Velocify (now part of Encompass), you’d need to bolt on separate tools for any of that.
Digital Lending & POS
BNTouch includes a built-in point-of-sale system with digital 1003 applications, e-signatures, and a borrower portal. In the Encompass ecosystem, these features exist but are separate products with separate pricing — Consumer Connect, eClose, etc.
