Take it from a Database Programmer, BNTouch is the best CRM I have worked with, and there have been plenty.
I have carted my database around for 12 years from various packages, and so I had a lot of data I didn’t want to lose when I got to Bntouch. Not only did BNTouch let me add my own custom fields, but they let me add a drop down list and I am able to import into those custom fields. That might sound obvious, but my last CRM would allow me to create custom fields but not import to them. I have over 4,000 records in my DB, so that was impractical. But with BNTouch, I can always import records to either add records or update records.
Also, I love how Bntouch allows exporting with a simple click, to be able to back up my records.
The support staff at Bntouch is excellent. I NEVER go very long without getting my questions answered, and if I’m doing something complicated, I can request a phone call to have them walk me through it. They are great!
The support staff showed me how to keep a campaign “open” so that I can add steps without redoing triggers to activate records! This is huge to me and helps me with drip campaigns.
I love that I can do email, text and voice campaigns with Bntouch, and this product is the focal point of my marketing.

I really enjoy the simplicity of one place to keep all parties updated. It is also very convenient to have a secure place for documents to be uploaded/shared.
BNTouch has made it so much easier for me to keep my referral partners in the loop. I always enter a new lead’s name and info as it comes in. Any notes are viewable by my partners and they love it! This software automatically interfaces with our Mortgage Software, sending out updates and regular marketing materials. Every time I add a client to the software – it automatically synchronizes with BNTouch and adds them to my database.
Let’s be honest, there are a TON of CRMs out there and no shortage to choose from. While there are so many options with so many customizable features available, sometimes going the “simple and effective” route is the best; this is where BNTouch shines. From the simplistic user interface (UI) to the intuitive layout, there isn’t much explanation involved when you are getting up and running.

It took us some time to get the file flow down correctly, but I feel like once we were able to automate our process it really fast tracked our growth.
We have been using BNTouch for just a few weeks now, and we are continually delighted with it. Not only the platform, but also the support. We spent the prior 5 months looking for a replacement for our old ACT database. After two frustrating attempts with other CRM platforms, we discovered BNTouch. Integrations with our other apps were done in hours, not weeks. Some integrations aren’t even necessary as BNTouch natively provides so much of what we need. My ability to log every action and conversation then send to any or all participants to the loan transaction keeps my incoming calls at a minimum. I love sending birthday and anniversary greetings to my clients. This CRM has set business opportunities at a higher level. Who doesn’t want Lifetime customers who are also referring new clients to you.
Our company enjoys that we can put an extended amount of information about our clients. As well as send past, current, and future clients emails for the holidays and special events. Those are a nice touch and the formatting is nice. We also like the graphing shown on the dashboard. It is organized and gives us an idea of where our clients are at.
Makes my job as a loan processor much easier, I like being able to use templates for emails I send regularly and being able to assign myself tasks so I don’t forget what steps I’m on for a particular file.

I have been a mortgage professional for 15 years and, I have yet to see a CRM tool that fits our specific needs as well as BNTouch does for us. Don’t waste your time with any other use this CRM; you will increase your business and get more repeat business!
Our favourite feature is the Client & Partner Portals. We found this REALLY streamlines our business with our clients and they always LOVE using the portal. It is also a great way for us to market to our other partners, mainly realtors. Offering them something no other broker is. It allows them to be more involved in the process which they really like.
We were with another CRM for several years previous to this, and found that we were spending hours a day just trying to keep up with exporting our clients info from our LOS, and importing into that CRM. BNTouch has amazing support in place that not only assisted with onboarding, but also has been available round the clock to answer our questions. They truly worked with us to tailor a unique platform for our team structure.

I believe that if a Loan Officer commits to putting the information in on every contact they will see an increase in their mortgage production. In 2009 I closed 478 mortgages and in 2010 I closed 574 mortgages. This would not have happened without BNTouch.
So, I am a firm believer in BNTouch and if we didn’t have it I am sure that we would not be in business today.
