Multi-Language Marketing runs through two simple settings. Set the contact’s language; mark the campaign as multi-language. The CRM handles the routing.

Set preferred language per contact

Each contact has a “Preferred Language” dropdown in the contact info tab. Set manually, captured at lead intake, or imported in bulk. Default is English.

Mark the campaign as multi-language

In the campaign builder, check the “Multi-Language” checkbox and select the language version (Spanish). The system associates both versions with the same campaign.

Pre-built Spanish content exchange

Choose from 40+ plug-and-play campaigns already translated to Spanish in the BNTouch content exchange. Edit, customize, or use as-is.
